Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

  • You may request a cancellation within 2 days of placing the order.

  • Exceptions: If the order has already been handed to the seller/merchant for shipping or is out for delivery, we can’t cancel it. In that case, you may refuse the package at the doorstep.

Damaged / Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact our customer support within 2 days of delivery.

  • After you report it, the seller/merchant will inspect and confirm the issue before we proceed.

Not as Described

  • If the product doesn’t match what was shown or your reasonable expectations, notify customer support within 2 days of delivery.

  • Our team will review your complaint and decide the next steps.

Manufacturer Warranty

  • For items that include a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for service or claims.

Refund Timing

  • If a refund is approved by ABRAR VENTURES PVT LTD, it will be processed within 7 days.


Return Policy

Eligibility Window

  • We offer returns or exchanges within 2 days from the date of purchase/delivery.

  • After 2 days, returns, exchanges, or refunds aren’t available.

Return Conditions

To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be unused, in the same condition as received

  • Include the original packaging

  • Sale/discounted items may not be eligible for return or exchange

Exchanges: We replace items only if they are confirmed defective or damaged.

Non-returnable Categories

  • Some product categories are non-returnable or non-refundable. These will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.

What Happens After You Return

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it.

  • We’ll send you an email update confirming receipt and the inspection result.

  • If approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange per this policy.
